If its sent to you in your name you can but this 2nd tv was in someone else's name. Clearly it was not his. He signed for the 2nd TV knowing it was for someone else.
If you receive merchandise you didn’t order or request, it’s yours to keep, so long as it clearly isn’t a delivery error (ie: it’s your neighbor’s package). Although you are not legally obligated, you may wish to notify the sender that you intend to keep the merchandise as a gift to avoid possible problems, such as the sender trying to bill you for the merchandise.
The reason for this long thread has nothing to do with the crime itself, but that many people feel that what moron did was ok, but it's not.

This proves the fact that media only releases enough information about any item/story/news or fake news that will gain the masses attention, their emotions, their anger, then they never follow up with what happened to the people involved. I hate not knowing "the rest of the story" so therefore will usually not even begin reading a "Hysterical Headline" story.

Too bad there's no update on google with what eventually happened to him
And there won't be any updates, because they rarely report cases when charges are dropped. Which is what is going to happen. Because you can't prosecute somebody for keeping a free gift.
