I think this is probably about her size more than anything else. If she were a size 6, no one would have said a thing.
It's called "appropriate clothing". IMHO if you are 350lbs don't dress like you are 110lbs.
It's as simple as that. There are plenty of styles out there for all body sizes.

Pffffttt. Dress and act like a decent lady in public. Unfortunately that would kill too many females... and half of them wouldn't know "decency" if it bit them in the a....................!
Here's our daily dose of CD sexism, thanks for participating today.

The chick is entitled and she is showing her "entitlement" to social media. Typical of her generation.
If you just ignore those type of people, then they will go on to something else to get their attention fix.

People are so quick to declare someone "entitled" and blame "this generation."

Yes, she is not wearing an outfit attractive for her body type, but so what? I don't see it as an inappropriate outfit. So because she is chubby and a little bit of her stomach and thighs are showing, she should be told to leave a restaurant? It makes her "entitled" to wear summer clothes when it's hot out, and think she can walk into a restaurant in them? Any thin, pretty woman wearing that outfit would have been ignored, likely even admired by many men in the restaurant, and everyone here knows that.

The place has no dress code, apparently confirmed by the company itself. Apparently one customer who found her unattractive and her outfit gross because of it, likely, complained, and she got kicked out. How is that right to anyone? If someone thought you were too fat for your outfit and a restaurant with no dress code told you to leave, would you also be "entitled" for thinking that's wrong and unfair?

Dressing inappropriately is now called "body shaming" and if you "body shame" someone then you are a bully, you are discriminating against them and not being "size inclusive".

That's the meme. Those are the buzzwords telling people to just shut up and let everyone do whatever they want.

Well showing up for a teacher/parent conference in a see thru shirt and shorts so short they leave nothing to the imagination has forced the hand of K-12 schools to produce "parent dress codes".

Because there really was never a need for them. It was the simple "shoes and shirt required". But more and more of them are instituting "adult dress codes" because others are complaining.

You may not see an issue with this woman but that doesn't mean others don't.

There's much more to this story than a crop top.

I think so too. Remember we are only seeing one side of the story..the supposed victim's side.
And the victims take to social media and we all know social media is quick to jump to conclusions based on "nothing".

"Whatever happened" was, that suddenly life became very casual, including acceptable work attire, so that people no longer dress up to go to most restaurants. "Dressing up" doesn't necessarily mean "fancy". It just means what some people call "smart casual"; something a step or two above shorts or jeans.
