"Recovers"? The wound may heal, but this is a severe trauma that could set the child back for life. Lets hope she gets help, if there are any developmental delays or emotional disturbances later, as a result of this.
Fresno Police said they apprehended Echartea, who will be charged with three counts of attempted murder. They also said he is wanted for another shooting that occurred May 27. Nobody was injured in the May shooting, in which Echartea allegedly shot into the home of the boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend, but Dyer said a bullet fired into the home that night just missed a young child.
So this animal has been at large for a month after attempting to kill other people. Unbelievable. The only reason nobody is dead is that apparently he is a lousy shot.
