I can't quote the terroristic-threat part. It is vile and obscene.

Miss Goody Two Shoes blew a .148 blood alcohol back at the police station, so if she did only have two shots on her arrival to pick up her husband, I think it's safe to say she left her home in an already-drunken stupor.

The child was handed over to the father.
Wow. What a disgusting piece of trash. Her child would be much better off in the care of someone else.

I'm not trying to pick nits, but that seems like a very odd answer.
I agree. "he's fine" sounds like a cover up. "He's fine I took him to my mothers", "he is with a sitter", even "he is outside asleep in the car" are better answers.
Especially if you show up at a bar at 2 am and start doing shots.
Yeah, I would interrogate my SO and want to know exactly where my child was and who my child was with if I asked where my child was and all I got was "he's fine".

I also wonder about that.

I know of one female that has 6 kids - custody of none. But she does claim them on her income tax. So she does have to work a little to be able to file.

I hope not. Could you imagine her trying to use her husband's rank? I can already hear it, "MY HUBBY IS A PFC! SHOW ME RESPECT, DAMMIT!"
There are gang members out there

A person i know was married to a soldier stationed there. Their kids grew up and i guess decided to stay there. The brother and sister were involved in gang activity. Ended up killing a woman. The brother is in prison for life. Sister did ten years or so. She was the getaway driver!

So, she's already in CPS services when this incident happened.

It sounds like she's to provide child care, except in emergencies, at which point she could only use a designated approved emergency provider. The fact that she did not voluntarily do that, prior to abandoning her in the bar parking lot, might be the end for her. Certainly, it seems CPS will at least take Temporary Managing Conservatorship of the child pending deciding whether Mom and Dad can regain custody.

Gracious. The mouth on that girl.

I had to laugh after seeing yet another tatted up, dingy, druggie, and this one with a big smile. Not funny about the child though. With parents like these, the poor kid has no chance.
