Ah, feds involved...otherwise I would expect the various local metro DA's to hand out some wrist slaps after putting them on no-bail notices to appear in a year or two.

Have some understanding, they are simply stocking up on university textbooks and school supplies for the coming school year. The cost of higher education these days is astronomical.

I only saw this thread.

I am so tired of these lowlifes getting away with this. All those thieves should have to live in a boot camp style tent jail, on boring food rations, while cleaning up the whole railroad line, for years.

Or bring on the "Purge"!

That article says they have a no bail policy there so yeah they are getting away with it. And that's probably why there has been an increase in thefts. I wonder how many of those 14 are still in jail for this crime alone? It's a free for all and it's going to keep getting worse unless all thieves are made to pay for their crimes.
