I guess we need to go in and check our P.O. box, because that's the address we gave. I ordered kits the first time it was mentioned on TV that the website was up, a day early. I did not provide our email address.

I'm surprised they allowed a PO Box for address. It says on their website "residential address". They might filter it out and without an email, they have no way to let you know.

I got mine two days ago, ordered on the 18th. However they were in the mailbox overnight during a deep freeze, and they are supposed to be stored between 38-85 or so.

It's not their fault you left them in the mailbox overnight.

I just checked the order form. It does allow for a PO Box address. It would be kind of odd if the post office can't deliver to the post office.

Not if the intent is to limit to one order per household. A person could have multiple PO Boxes. Does anyone live in their PO Box? The form says "residential address". So the government form has contradictory information. I'm shocked.

Yes, they allow PO Boxes as long as the box isn't associated with a business.

It also says this on their website.

Residential PO Box Customers: Please use your PO Box address for ordering and not your street address.

There are actually parts of the country that don't have mail delivery and where everyone who wants to get mail has a PO Box, by the way. And I got mine just fine.
