I agree that it doesn’t seem like “serial killer” is accurate, although technically I guess it is. I used that term because that’s how it was headlined on the national news where I first saw the story, on tv.
So, yeah, pretty much “click-bait”, since it caught my eye when I saw it on tv, like it would if I saw it on line.

Some of the threads in this section are just so stupid. It's like why even post something like that?
Seems like some members just see a headline then want to be first to post it while others just like starting threads. I'm not saying you specifically, it's just something I've noticed, especially lately in this section. Some of the threads are borderline childish.

Didn't the suspect shove or test one of his victims to see if they were sleeping or not. Cowardly but to the psyco it's about their "mission" which was to kill homeless people honorable or not.

I don’t think the video looked like he was testing him. It looked like he woke him because he wanted the guy to have that split second awareness to know he was about to die.
