45 minute delay at 12:15 am.

Ground crew, not employed by Jet Blue, left, and no one was there at the jetway.

Jet Blue supervisor was called, came in, and dealt with the problem.

I doubt it. Staffing shortages extend to the airlines too. One of the passengers in the article said her Jet Blue flight out was delayed 5 hours because the flight didn’t have a flight attendant. I think this was probably miscommunication somewhere.
