The boy who took the video is a hero. He got evidence so there is absolutely no way the nurse can say the kids are liars. He also pinned and held her while waiting for the police. My heart breaks for that little girl. I want to know where is the media on this story?
Warning, the video is hard to watch. The nurse is yelling at her while pulling her hair before she hits her.

That is heartbreaking and disturbing. I'm so glad that big guy was there and had the sense to stop it. That woman needs to be banned from all nursing positions.

It is so disturbing which is why I can't figure out why the media isn't all over it. She is getting away with it because of maybe who her father is? Supposedly that boy, not so "big" was a patient too.

Frederick Xlander, who is a prominent lawyer in the area. Her name is Gabrielle Xlander.
Not surprising. There is a lawyer in my area (Albany NY vicinity) whose sons have gotten involved in some nefarious activities (like drugs) but with his connections he's been able to keep it on the DL. One of his sons died in a car accident on the Northway in 1994, and rumor has it he was either high or drunk. Wasn't wearing a seatbelt and went right through the windshield. 25 years old, and a Julliard graduate.
I wonder where the parents of the little girl are and if they will pursue this. It's disturbing to think no further action will be taken. I highly suspect she does this to all the kids whenever she wants. These kids are there to get help and instead are are being abused.

I hope the little girls parents sue. They'd be crazy not to. If it was my child, I'd do everything in my power to put that woman in prison for assault.
