The woman probably thinks she is a school bus, and the kid should have stopped 20 feet from her.

You can definitely see lots of frayed nerves on this thread though.

I have.

Not from the poster you responded to however.

Anyway… kids will be kids. They’re annoying, they’re loud, their soccer balls might hit your window, etc. I love to see this in my neighborhood, as I was once that kid. Not long ago, actually.
Don’t like it? That’s what 55+ neighborhoods are for. Long story short. Problem solved.

So we are back to you putting some sort of blame on the child when so far there is no evidence of any wrong doing by that kid in any way.

I think it was a mutual thing where he being a kid liked to push her buttons, and that day he did just that, with her actually reacting.

He's old enough to know what he was doing.

She's old enough to know not to actually hit him.

Growing up in Southern California back in the early 2000s (gateway cities) I used to ride my bike on the sidewalks everywhere, cops didn't care, people didn't care. I feel bad for kids nowadays because you have a bunch of Karens and society being a lot of more aggressive/pessimistic, it's bad enough kids spend too much time inside on social media and when we encourage them to go out and play like we did as kids, they have to encounter miserable women like this.

A 12 yr old should know better and is old enough to ride on the street.

Heck there are 5 yr olds beating up teachers. Kids are getting stronger and stronger

You have no idea that he had been pushing her buttons just what are you basing this on? Again you are speculating as you desperately try to put some sort of blame on this kid. I have no idea why you continue to do this.

By the video, which is all we have to date, it appears as if she is nothing more than an unhinged Karen, and again that is why she was arrested and the kid got no punishment what so ever. Because again what he was doing was perfectly legal and complied with his mom's instructions,
