She sent a pic to the hit man with the words "Kill him". The cops were out to the house for a fight between them. They were separated but still living in the same house. Dad and kids were going to their house in the Bahamas and she wanted to go on the private plane, but he said no because she was going to her bf's after they landed. That whole argument is on video. It doesn't prove anything but I found it an interesting glimpse into their lives at that point.
I don't know what else they have. We also don't know if the hit man or even the bf decided to turn against her to take the death penalty off the table.
