Friday's "gotta make this fast " exercise thread (treadmill, lean, walking)

I have a issue with work I have to take care of and you can see the steam pouring out of my ears
I have to talk to CD and see if it is just a write up for this person or a suspension

I have end of month checks to write & stuff to also do this morning
I want to try out my new sneakers this afternoon either on the treadmill or the walking DVD

What are you all up to ?

Hi, there.

Just got home from cleaning the house Len had been working on. I kept telling him I didn't want to clean until he was finished doing his thing. Oh, no...go ahead...I"m not doing anything in THIS room. So I got the living/dining room area all spiffed up and he starts walking around the hardwood floor in his dirty, dusty sneakers. Duh.....So I got everything else done and, as I was leaving, I did the floor again, backing out the door! I have to say it looked pretty nice there when I left.

He owes me on this one.

It funny how our cleaning lady walks out on just her heel when she is done so she doesn't mess up the vacuumed carpet

lol I tell her not to worry because the dogs walk all over it

Got the fire put out yesterday there was some very stern talking to by CD

Got all the end of month checks for work done as well as a bunch of calls


Where is everyone I am starting to get worried
