23 here. It is supposed to be in he 50s next week-so they say.

Have fun gardening. In January.

Don't know what's up around here, but it's pretty snowy and cold, so it won't be anything too exciting.

Have a good day, folks.

Weather in MI is mellowed out for today, we are getting ready for another week of snow tho. I guess Mother Nature did not hear I was ready for spring.

Bob has the stomach flu, going into day two of it, hopefully today will be a turning point. I am praying we don't get this, we are trying to stay away from him, but it is rather hard for me to, he can't do anything for himself (my fault I spoil him). Anyway that is what is going on.

I have to finish putting the groceries up, and then attempt to wash the mounds of laundry we have accumilated.

Have a good one all.

Karla, it's been a fairly mild winter for us. I'm not complaining, that's for sure.

Sandy, I hope Bob doesn't share his germs with anyone. Poor guy. I hope it's not that nasty strain of Noro virus that's going around.

Connie, I'd love to share some of this weather with you.

well, Len's still sorting out books. I can't believe how dedicated he is to getting rid of these things. CTBG (Chris the Book Guy) is coming Monday evening to take it all away. I would guess that he'll have around 800 books to go thru, maybe more. Len counted over 500 yesterday and has been at it since last night after dinner. I can't wait to get my house back.

Since there's so much stuff all over the place, there's no sense in cleaning, so, in order to get rid of this energy, I've been cooking since I came back from the coffee social. The funny thing is, I've been chopping and cooking since 10 and I've only done 3 dishes - pot roast is in the oven (I do that in 2 stages), fresh salsa (sooooo good!) and an old fashioned date pudding. I'm not sure we're going to like that date stuff - it's awfully sweet. I did some laundry, too.

Now, I'm celebrating with a glass of Pinot Grigio...yum!

Gotta go see the folks at OOH.

Have a great night, all.
