Have you thought about maybe eating less high calorie foods? I would substitute green leafy salad with a protein (tuna/chicken) for the pasta salad for example. No dressing. Also you could have fish/chicken and steamed vegetables instead of the pizza. Cut out the fat and high calories that go straight to your waist.

Thank you for the input! It is much appreciated. Yup, I forgot to eat healthy. I was so excited about working out 5-6X per week. LoL It never happened before
