I know you didn't ask so forgive me for this suggestion- I couldn't help myself!

Have you thought about maybe eating less high calorie foods? I would substitute green leafy salad with a protein (tuna/chicken) for the pasta salad for example. No dressing. Also you could have fish/chicken and steamed vegetables instead of the pizza. Cut out the fat and high calories that go straight to your waist.

Thank you for the input! It is much appreciated. Yup, I forgot to eat healthy. I was so excited about working out 5-6X per week. LoL It never happened before

Only 1.5 hour??? Then I have to wait a whole day before I can post my intake up huh? That's a bummer. I have bad short memory.

You can make another post and write your intake. You just can't add on to an existing post after that time limit. No reason to wait a whole day.
