Just started using an ab roller. Anyone had any good results using this? Does it benefit arms and back as well as abs? Is it a good workout in and of itself or should it be part of a weightlifting or kettlebell workout?
Those work great, but don't think they are enough. You need to balance your workouts. The roller works the core real well and yes it does work arms and back to a small degree. Mostly for balance while you're rolling.
Use it as part of a full workout, using the roller instead of doing crunches or sit ups.
