Good morning all my fellow exercise peeps !!!

Happy Saturday !!
As promised today is a extra special treat day !!!!

No exercise day !!
You all have done such a great job getting back on track this past week that you deserve a rest & relax day

Plus it is a good idea to give your muscles a day of rest !!!

I have errands to run today, but I am glad to say the lawn didn't do much growing so I don't think we will have to mow this weekend !!!

So how will you all enjoy your special day ?

I know, I know... I'm being very sporadic lately. I have been out walking all week. I'm heading out for my morning walk in a few, then I have to go and take the photos at a PowWow. They're going to use them to make a calendar to raise funds for education. I really need to be on top of my game.

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Morning peeps!

Sandy, a Pow Wow sounds like fun! We went to one when we lived in SC.

Shadow, Mickey & I have been for a tour of the neighborhood this morning. we are having an Indian Summer and it is already 56 with bright sunshine. My critters are wilding this morning.

Thank your for the day of rest Karla, but we have a lot of packing to do and I'm not sure I would get away with doing nothing.

I would love to have a rest from exercise today, but since I only went to the gym twice last week, I must go. lol

It's very windy today, but suppose to be 82 degrees. Good day for driving with the top down.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday

Sue I want to come to the pow wow !! Let me know when the calenders are ready I would love to buy one to help

Evey - you need to go hide out in a big field with a book you can say you are going to go contemplate the packing process

Rae it is suppose to hit 76 today the sun feels so much warmer
ya know it would of been nice driving around with the sun roof open I keep forgetting it is up there

I dropped off half the cake & some of the pineapple vodka to C/D house lol he wasn't home but his cousin was who is visiting and had this "who is this strange lady holding cake & booze" look until my little buddy ran up all excited then he realized I wasn't a stranger

I think we are going to do movie day today because tomorrow I want to pull everything from the attic. I can start sorting the stuff while listening to the game on the radio since it won't be on
I can't wait to see what "gems" are up there I love trips down memory lane
lol and since hubby may not want to drag the tree down then put it back up I have a feeling it may end up set up in the familyroom we won't decorate it but it wil be cool to have the lights on at night !!!

Hi, all! Been a busy, busy day.

I didn't do any exercise, but we have company coming tomorrow (my "oldest" friend), so the house is catching h**l. I changed the sheets, washed and hung out 2 loads of clothes (and as windy as it is today, they should be dry now), went to coffee, dusted everything in the living areas (living room, sitting room and den), vacuumed the bedroom, den and front porch, cleaned the outside of the appliances, and did other stuff, too, I'm sure. Had some lunch and am now relaxing.

Mid 80's here, but the breeze is delightful.

Have a great weekend, all.

Hey all, been kinda hard to work, exercise and give CD the time it deserves so I have opted to work, exercise and leave this for the "extra" time I might come up with. Been real good this week, stairs at work and gym at home. But today, well I heard that it was a free day so I spent it...........this morning at the hair spa. Shawn had his way with my hair and it looks wonderful,, like it usually does after he is done. Running errands after that and then grocery shopping. After I came home Cassy needed some extra love cuz Mom left at 8:15 this morning and did not come back until after 3pm!
Hubby is on the $#*@ list, that is not a good thing. Don't very often get mad at him, but last night and today are heck for him. Not making this weekend a very pleasant thing.........
Hope all have a great night.
Evey, check out my profile pg. on facebook, there is a video of my little Natalie having a Chucky Cheese B Day party!!!
