40 minute dog walk/social hour complete.

Now that I am sweaty I can get dressed for Mother's Day brunch at the country club.

I couldn't get online to post last night. One set of in-laws here, and the others coming in a couple hours. BUT, I did find time to take a long walk yesterday. Yay! I didn't want to bring the Saturday thread to the top of the board, so I thought I'd post it here instead.

Have fun, Evey!

OMG! I am going to have to drag the bike out this afternoon to try and offset at least some of the calories I took in this morning. Buffets are going to be the death of me.

I walked all over Home Depot
and came home and cleaned the screenroom from the amount of sweat I knwo I was "workingout" well it was quite humid. but I am going to blame it on the "hard work"

I also walked from the car to the place we eat breakfast.

Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful moms.

No rain here on the other coast, but a nice Sunday morning for a 39 mile bike ride. It was a quickie pace today on my 29 yr old classic bike, about 2 hrs 12 min @ 17.3 mph.

Time to get cleaned up and meet some folks for lunch. Have fun out there!

Hi, everybody! I'm baaa-aack!

Had a great time in Florida. Didn't get a lot of "real" exercise done, although I did 20 minutes of weight stuff on Monday and a nice, 2 mile walk on Tuesday. Had some beautiful weather down there, but it was "smazy" (smokey and hazy), thanks to the fires in Georgia and No. Florida.

Tried to eat healthful type stuff and did pretty well. Only gained back 3 of the 5 lbs. I lost on the stomach virus. And, if I do say so myself, I looked pretty darned good in that bathing suit! I actually got hit on by some old geezer in the swimming pool! LOL

Hope everybody is well. Back to the gym tomorrow.
