Good Morning Everyone!

I hope Jeannie is having a fun time with her family at Disney!

It's chilly here in Texas now. I prefer it to the heat we get though.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon
Green Tea

Disney with kids can be tiring. Hope she is having fun.
Brkst: Pot of coffee and small caramel roll with a friend. (social calories don't count do they?)
lunch: black beans and corn, yogurt, green tea
supper:? to be determined. Just picked up my 15 yo from school so it may be a can of whoop a**. Love parenting sometimes.

Great day here! Had a strange food day yesterday and woke up to less weight??? I was beginning to think I would never lose any more. It doesn't come off the day you lose it, it comes off later. So strange! So if we just stay on the diet our weight will take care of itself.
Coffee and milk and peanut granola bar
Lunch was soup and salad and rolls at Olive Garden.
Samples of food from Sam's Club.
I will just have a small snack this evening, because I am really stuffed from Olive Garden.

I am not even going to worry what I will weigh tomorrow. I am just going to stay on the diet.

No social calories do not count and neither do meals out and samples from grocery stores. We sometimes create reasons to go to Harris Teeter so we can eat one of their cookies. You're my kind of person. Sometimes we need to cut loose!
