Hi ladies!

It's getting really quiet in our food journals. So many nice people missing!

Jeannie, I do hope you had a great time!!!
NCN, keeping my fingers crossed and sending good vibes for all the tests you have to go through.
Judi, I hope Mr. L's getting better and better!!!!!

I needed to drop my car off at the garage to have part of the exhaust pipe and the tires changed before our vacation.
Afterwards off to visit my aunt to celebrate her b/day a little.
Then watching some TV with DS and now he's in bed. My friend is coming over for a girlie evening tonight, so that's what we'll be doing :::

1 yogurt (148 kcal)
2 bananas
spaghetti w/ tomatoe sauce and a slice of molten cheese
one and a half kaiser roll with a slice of cheese
1 piece of cherry cake

I guess I'll have some salt sticks along with the wine...

Have a great evening!

I had to stay off the telephone again to leave the line open for call back from doctor. There will be more tests next Thursday and it is all set up now, so things are back to normal, I hope.

2 nectarines and coffee and milk for breakfast

French fries for lunch

Pop Corn for afternoon snack

Coffee and milk and peanut bar for dinner.

I will be good tomorrow. We had planned to have lunch out at Olive Garden and a Sam's trip, but I had things in the car that could not get hot, so we came on home after a short trip through Harris Teeter where I bought a salad mixture for us to eat using the Olive Garden dressing and I also bought canned bread sticks to fix and make it just like going there, but we didn't want it when we got home. Mr. VA had a turkey sausage and french fries and I just had french fries. We will probably have the salad tomorrow.

Yes, I am hoping to get everybody back as much to normal as I can so we can travel this Fall.
