Good morning!http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/good2520morning2520computer.gif (broken link)

Haven't ventured outside yet but its looking like a beautiful sunny day in NJ with temps in the 30's at the moment. This morning will be a busy one with kids activites and someone coming to look at the house at 10.00 am. I told the realtor it was fine but my husband would be recovering from surgery in his bed and they would have to work around him. . The way things look now, my husband may be leaving for NC in January to start his job, hopefully that is. There are 2 positions available, one starting in Jan. and the other in June. He's hoping for the Jan. position. Oh, well, enough about me. What are everyone's plans today? Coffee with splenda and soymilk so far....http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/Coffee-2.gif (broken link)minus the doughnut , of course. Have a great day everyone!http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/babies2.jpg (broken link) Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie,I know how you feel about selling a house, the holidays are coming, and with so many festivitivities, (oh,what did I write, never mind, too many t's)
I suggest you let your house be off the market for a week or so.What I mean is not show it,tell your realtor to indicate somewhere that it's off for a week, but it's still for sale. this way you would be more relaxed.

Soymilk with oatmeal and blueberries
trying a little spenda

Well as long as we are wishing on the real estate fairies.... We have 40 acres of wooded land we have for sale....
Went out for breakfast today....at like a trucker, Eggs, bacon, toast and hashbrowns.
Of course I am having coffee. Guess I should plan on nuts and twigs for the rest of the day.

Do we get an idea where you are going to be in NC. I am so excited for you. I went outside to throw out some dressing mix that was dated 2006 and I said, "Why on earth are we inside today?" The air was fresh, the temperature was perfect for a sweatshirt. No, no that is not enough about you. Want to hear more. Is everybody doing all right?
I guess you can tell, I am "goofing off."

Hi NCN. Well, initially we we're looking in Wake County but because of all the Northerners flooding into your beautiful State,(including us) the schools are really becoming overcrowded and the year round schooling didn't appeal to me. We actually haven't committed to any particuliar area yet, but I've been focusing on Johnston County, particuliarly Clayton. The schools seem to be rated fairly high and the housing is very affordable. We are, of course very open to other suggestions.
