What are everyone's plans today? I don't know about everybody else, but this person got up late and had to have the house ready for the plumber before heading off to range of motion class. We have a drought and a water leak. The two don't go together. I got to class just as they were starting. And then... And then... And then... And then here I am.

Oatmeal pack with 1/2 cup 1% milk (4)
Coffee and about 1/2 cup 1% milk (1)
banana (1)

Tomato soup (4)
5 no fat saltines (1)
coffee and milk (1)

Brown roll (5)
lettuce, tomato and onion slices (0)
6 honey smoked turkey slices (2)
coffee and milk (1)
Chocolate marshmallow Little Debbie (3)

Good evening.

I feel that a lot was acomplished today, so that is a good feeling. Just couldn't get time to turn on the computer. I bet a lot of people put on their track shoes today. It is about time for things to get a little crazy. How many days until Christmas?

Hope everybody else had a good day.

Jeannie, I am still trying to adjust to the fact that when you retire, you get paid for doing nothing. How great is that!
