Oh,hi everyone! Good to see you Karla, and jeannie & Roma

Karla, diet pepsi for breakfast? I hear that diet drinks would make losing weight a little harder.

I actually can get in to my clothes easier now. That so much eating during the holidays have made me so fat!

Shopping is good Roma. I was off today but for whatever reason woke up at 5:30 this morning, and offered my services here at work. Have a great day!

Izzy, since I was sick, I haven't had coffee since tuesday. Going to try and keep it up and drink tea instead.

Good morning, err afternoon everybody. I have got to do better than this. I was up at 4:30 this morning, but I had never been to sleep yet. I woke up at about 11:30 with the tv blasting--dh has a way to wake me, accidently. Luckily the only thing I have to do today is mop the kitchen and I don't really have to do that. Still cold outside. I must be a bear. They sleep through the Winter.

Jeannie, I tried with the tea last night, but it just does not satisfy me. Back to: coffee and milk (1), banana (1), 2 slices of whitewheat (1), 2 slices of ham (1), mixed fruit cup (1). That banana was really a two pointer, but no fruit is ever more than one point at this house.

NCN, I'm taking a peek at the acidic/alkaline foods you spoke of and blueberries is acidic but other berries are not. Does that mean I have to give up my blueberries?

Thank you Jeannie for the hint.
You're all so good to me!!! Hugs for all of you. Thanks for being so kind!

B/c of grocery shopping I missed my breakfast again. Not that I mind...

Lunch was pasta gratin again. Seems to me I'm addicted to noodles. Anyone in there with me???

Also had some cookies afterwards.

Dinner was the rest of this pasta gratin. I'm glad I had enough running around and cleaning to burn most of the calories!!!

Off to the movies now.
Have a great Saturday all!
Diana
