VA is a great place to raise a family.

I hope I don't regret leaving.

I went to the real water aerobics this afternoon. I am a little older than a lot of the people in the class. I think there are a lot of teachers in that class. We don't get to socialize too much because we are too busy exercising. It is non-stop for one hour and the instructor is like an army officer. I am adjusting my schedule because my dh's schedule is changing and I may be mia a lot in the near future because I may go with him on his journeys to different towns in NC, SC, and VA. I will check in as I am able, but for right now, I had a successful day.
Milk and coffee for lunch and dinner and will have another one in a minute or two.
Chicken noodle soup--1 can of Healthy choice brand
pear
Chicken salad made of 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken tenders, 1 T. lite Duke's mayonnaise, 1/3 cup sweet salad cubes, salt and pepper to taste.
Broccoli
Small piece of sweet potato
