Good morning! A new week beginning and hopefully a good one. After an exercise-free week last week because of a nasty cold, I plan on getting back into the routine this morning. I guess I now know how folks that drink coffee feel when they run out
I am going to make a conscious effort to reduce the amount of junk I eat I am going to hide the candy because the 10#s I want to lose won't just go away on their own
rofl I did buy carrots and celery yesterday I will use that to snack on
So what types of food are we eating here?? And do I have to weigh in before I start this????
