Good morning! Well, we're halfway through the week already and yes, looking forward to Friday. My boys will be here in a couple of days for only the weekend so I'm trying to make some kind of a plan for us for their short visit. The weekend will be reaching into the 50's and what they've been experiencing in NJ this winter, that should be a little treat for them. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a great hump day! Jeannie

Hi Jeannie, you must be very excited. I hope you and your boys will have a great weekend. You know that time moves fast the more we have planned.

Today we have planned a trip to the large indoor swimming pool with DS, my cousin and her bf. That will be fun and he'll be game over afterwards lol

It's good to have to work only 20 hours a week. I have time to have breakfast with my boys together.

1 white wheat bun with cream cheese
1 apple
1 chocolate croissant

After swimming of to do some grocery shopping.
Dinner will be spaghetti with tomatoe sauce and fried hot dog slices.

Happy mid of the week to you all! (((((((((hugs))))))))

Good cold wet rainy morning. I woke up with that ache all over feeling. Guess that means the pool is really needed today to get over the prunning yesterday. I am so sore.

Coffee and milk and banana

Izzy, the rain got here. It is supposed to be heavy in places. North Carolina is set up for rain. We are a state of hills and valleys. Water leaves fast.

Good morning. It is pouring here. Yuk. Well at least it isn't snow. Doing well on the diet so far. Staying under my calorie count. I always do much better when I write everything down. This way I know if I can sneak a low cal treat in.

jeannie- You must be so excited for this weekend to be here. When do the boys arrive?

Judi- That chicken sounds really good. Are you using the French's(?).

Diana- Sounds like a good day. Have fun.

NCN- Sorry you are sore. I hope you feel better soon.

NCN, hope the water exercises did help! Feeling better?

Hmmm, Judi, when's dinner? I might skip the spaghetti for that chicken.

YL - you go girl. Keeping my fingers crossed for your diet.

Swimming was fun and as expected, DS is game over and has to go to bed in about 30 mins. I'm on my way to the kitchen to prepare dinner.
After swimming we stopped at the McD's drive through and had an ice cream. Very yummie. Now I'm not dinner-hungry any more and I'm not in the mood for cooking.

This is for you girls:
Have a great day!
Diana
