I still have a stomach ache,not as bad as it was this morning.
Just having some porridge
Haven't had Chicken pot pie for a while,I always eat the chicken inside of it though and leave the crust,trying to cut down on cholesterol

Rathagos, stating the time when you eat is a good idea. Will do that, too...

DH's knee wasn't injured very dramatically. It's a pretty deep cut about 3 inches long and it was taped. He's back to work, so no big problem.

After the bike tour I had with the ladies from my step aerobic classes I had 2 Nectarines and a cake snack.
