I hope you all don't think it's too forward of me to start the topic this week. I was on and will be busy most of the day, and wanted to get this down. My apologies if I was out of line or stepped on anyones toes.

6:45 Two cinnamon pop-tarts and 1/2 Coke (and vitamins)

Hey Rathagos, I don't think Jeannie will be too mad...

A small sandwich for breakfast with ham and cheese and half a cucumber in slices.
Slice of pork bathed in an egg and then put into bread crumbs, afterwards fried in some oil till golden brown along with it went some fried rosemary potatoes and the other half of the cucumber.

Only some household chores planned for the day. It's mighty hot outside so I will probably put DS into his pool while I take a sun bath.

Have a sunny day!

Oh I nearly forgot...

I have a bag of jelly babies in my drawer at my desk and from time to time one of them wanders into my belly.

I am so sorry everyone! Rathagos, thank you! I ran late for work this morning and I haven't had a chance to sit down until now. Only thing to report is my tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk. Haven't had time to eat yet. Have a great day everyone!

I forgot my clothes bag and did not get to exercise today. I could have put my clothes over a wet suit, but I just didn't want to. Went to O'Charley's for lunch and had a big fat burger. Then went to Lowe's and looked for bathroom ideas and brought home a bunch of sales phamplets. They are going to take care of us. I have help now!

Dinner is barbecued chicken and slaw on a bun plus all those junk foods I bought at the dollar store.

Jeannie, tomorrow starts a new government year in NC. Since I worked for the government for years, July 1 always seems like New Years Day. Let me see: Now we have the real New Year's Day, Izzy's Chinese New Year and now NC New Year. Anybody know of any other New Year's. Mr. VA's supper hour is almost over, so see you all later, but I hope not tonight. Shopping for two new bathrooms is exhausting. I am about to have dinner, a little news watching, read my book and go to bed. Nite! Nite!
