Good morning! Feels good to be home today to catch up on things. I don't know about everyone else, but the weather here has been very strange with blue sunny skys one minute and a breaking thunder storm the next. Keeping everything green though. So whats on your schedule for today? For me, a Kathy Smith step work-out and then quite a bit of laundry. Tea with sugar in the raw and soymilk...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/nyanko4.gif (broken link)...have a fabulous Wednesday! Jeannie

Hello Jeannie and Lacey and all those to follow!

It's really hot outside today. The sun is shining mercilessly which makes me want to sit in a pool right now.

Will pack some things and DS on the bike as soon as I get home and go to the nearest lake where we can play in the sand and swim...

Breakfast was the first slice (heel?!) of a fresh sour dough bread with low fat cream cheese, slices of cucumber and a slice of chicken breast (9:00)

Pudding with whipped cream (9:30)

Big plate spaghetti bolognese (12:45)

pudding with whipped cream (1:30)

Miguel's Mom, the pudding with whipped cream would do me in but I bet you use up a lot of calories biking to work and taking care of the little one. I love your food choices, sounds delicious.
Good morning everybody!
Day two of my scientific experiment.

Coffee and milk
2 eggo waffles
banana

Izzy-I have become addicted to blueberries-I will probably turn blue soon!

Change for tonight-DH suggested going to local Cheers so I'll have a broasted chicken breast and salad.

Hope everyone's day is going well. Have some trepidation about the running again today... legs still hurt from Monday, but I'm excited because I did all 45 minutes without stopping!

11:00 small salami sandwitch, leftover nuggets, small fruit bowl, peanuts, 1/2 Coke.
