Jeannie,do you wanna translate that! wow!
That's another language I should learn!
diane, that could be the lymph nodes,we all have something don't we?
NCN, I have O+ blood,I went to the Red Cross to give blood, that was a pint! one look at it,I decided not to do it anymore, but I did it one more time for a friend. Which I feel good about. But I have been getting phone calls from the Red Cross every other month. I told them to take it off my list, they still call! I said I don't want to see my blood like that,if I do I will go myself. they ignore me!
Izzy, I cheated. I went on an on line translator. I am German though and my grandfather spoke it fluently. I also took the language in HS and had an opportunity to spend a summer there but didn't go. Now I'm sorry I didn't. My parents have been there a few times and I really would love to learn the language.

Jeannie, I once had a library patron who made A's in German language and D's in English. He was a trip! He stayed at our little library so much some of the patrons thought he was my son.
Great idea! Go to sleep and wake up in heaven. Wow! If I take after my mother, it should be a few years from now. She comes from one of those Scotch-Irish families that live into their 80's and 90's. Dad was German and English and Scotch-Irish and American Indian. I guess I am just a mutt. LOL Just kidding! I am still trying to figure that A negative blood. Both my parents had positive blood?? Or said so. Guess I got a negative gene from each of them.

I have the same problem with regretting. In 9th grade we could choose a third language. I started with English in 3rd grade, French in 7th and wanted to do Latin in 9th grade. My mom told me that Latin is a dead language, that I can't use it and I should take Russian.
But, in my youth I didn't always hear what my mom told me - stupid me, and took Latin nevertheless b/c Russian always sounds so strange.
Now I'm working for a company whose owners are Russian and we also have several contacts to the Eastern European states. So I could use it very well.
So how come kids don't do the things their parents tell them to??
I guess for the same reason our kids won't, and don't listen to us. My parents were going to send me to Germany to live with a family for the summer and I refused. What a dope I was.
