Good morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday with family and friends. I am very happy to know it was a calorie free day though. It was very quiet with the 3 of us but peaceful is good sometimes. My Cowboys came through yesterday but not sure yet about my husband's Giants. Anyone know? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far......happy Friday! Jeannie

I was afraid to even post on here because I ate everything wrong yesterday. Tis the season right! Too much pumpkin roll, ice cream, pie, gravy, you name it....bad bad.
It won't get any better as far as eating. Tomorrow is my daughters and my birthday....I will officially become a senior citizen so I am crying.
We are going to this place in Branson Missiouri - Lamberts. Nothing there is fat free to eat. All the fixins of southern cooking, okra, black eyed peas, tomatos and macaroni, 16 oz chicken fried steak....bad eating.

Hope everyone has a nice weekend and fun with your famlies.

P.S. Saw a great movie. The Blind Side. Also saw New Moon. I am not a fan of that vampire series but New Moon much better than Twilight in my opinion.

HI healthy people.

I'm afraid I ate to much too. DD cooked two turkeys.....one in the oven and one on the grill. Boy was that good along with mushrooms, stuffing, mashed potatos, green beans, homemade corn bread, dressing, gravy, cranberry sauce with
lemon meregunge pie, pumpkin pie, coconut custard, apple pie, ice cream and home made whip cream.

I'm trying to be good today.

Hi all-hey it's only one day!!!

We didn't do traditional at the casino buffet because I'm cooking tomorrow.

I had a delicious Parmesean/Peppercorn burger on foccacia, Mr. L a rib eye, au gratin potatoes and both had salads w/blue cheese!

Breakfast-overdid-ham, scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast!

No lunch
Dinner-Chinese. Shrimp and peapods for me and pork lo mein for Mr. L.

Happy Birthday ChickRae.
