Morning Jeannie-not much in the Lacey house for today. No kiddies anymore and we get minimal amount trick or treating as the town has so many things going on for them.

Cannot believe how fast this month has gone. Next Thanksgiving-mmmmm.

Hope all the kiddies have fun.

Yog again.

Thanks Judi. When we were in NJ, we got very few kids also. The houses were spread apart and many of the driveways were very steep so we didn't see many.

Good morning, all.

I know many of you know I have a love and longing for cool/cold weather, snow, etc. I also know many of you don't. But, Halloween is special to me because it starts to official "winter holiday months" for me. Even though it's still in the 80's during the day here , I know cooler months are up ahead. And, as Judi said, Thanksgiving is next!!

I had two bean/cheese breakfast burritoes, vitamin, and Coke for breakfast. This 3-week period has been awful for me... I can't get into my jeans! Even though I've been careful with what I eat, the inactivity has killed me!! But, got a clean bill of health and "go" from my podiatrist, so the gym starts again Monday!!

For those of you with kids still at the Trick or Treating age, be careful out there. For those giving out candy, you need to be equally careful on who comes to your door. Have a safe night overall!

Thanks Steve. I'm happy you can start your work-outs again next week. You'll be in those jeans in no time and I'm sure you look great already. I'm going to do a Taebo work-out this morning because I don't think I'll be working out much during our trip up North this weekend.
