Good Monday morning all.

Know our Jeannie is either sleeping in or travelling back!

Travelin'-Jeannie usually starts us off every day w/a new journal but this weekend was busy for her.

Yes being accountable in "black n white" does help and is proven to be successful.

Normal yog this morning.

Dinner last night was 2 baby back ribs, 1% cott ch, salad.

Judi, thanks for starting the thread this morning. Whichever Jeannie is doing, I know it's for the best (does she EVER sleep!?!?).

Hope everyone has a great day!! Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner!!

Gym starts again today... really looking forward to it this time (unlike last times).

Breakfast was two bean/cheese breakfast burritoes.

Lunch will be left over terrikaki port loin roast I made last night (and corn).

Morning EM and Steve-hope our Diana's okay - haven't heard from her in a few.

Dinner tonight-as it's one of the last beautiful days we'll probably have here for awhile it'll be cheeseburgers on the grill, whole wheat buns, baked beans for Mr. L and spinach salad for me.

Rath, no I don't think Jeannie does sleep. I used to be that way too. Went to work, came home, worked until 2 A. M. got up at 6 and did it again. Got that from my Mom.

Lacey, I saw that post yesterday about 30 pounds. That is wonderful. Maybe I will be able to say that in six months. Here goes!

Coffee and milk
2 eggo waffles
banana

Good night my dear friends, I hope you all are sound asleep by now.

I tried to start a post on this thread yesterday afternoon but my pc thought it best to kick me out of the system.
And in the evening I just wasn't in the mood. DS got sick on Sat. - nothing too serious - an eye inflammation but I wanted it to be checked and get some meds so I went to the hospital with him. It's getting better but he doesn't like the meds I have to put into his eyes Poor baby. He's staying with my grandparents so I can go to work.

With his eyes he didn't take a nap on Sunday and was completely cranky in the evening and didn't sleep well till 1:30 so it was a rather long night for me. That's why I went to bed at 6:45 yesterday evening . I tried to stay awake till 9 to watch Dexter but halfway through the episode I fell asleep.

Anyhoo, I'm feeling better now.

Yesterday's food choices weren't the best. A supplier of ours visited and left a big box of delicious cookies - what a bad man
Breakfast: white wheat bun with cream cheese
Lunch: 3 small meatballs, cream sauce another white wheat bun
Snack: 1/4 of a pineapple
Dinner: shared 2 slices of white wheat toast and a vanilla yogurt with DS

Judi, how's the selling going?
Steve, how was your gym day?

Poor little thing. Drops do better if you put them in closer to the nose. Just right in the corner there and they spread throughout the entire eye. I hate eye drops too, but I got an infection a few years back and had to do drops longer then I wanted to.
