Good morning! Here we are at friday already and looking forward to a beautiful sunny day in the high 70's! NCN, I must have brought that cold weather we were having back to NJ. Today is my daughter's first field trip in her new school and will be going to Wilmington. She'll be able to see a part of NC we haven't been able to venture yet. So, what are your plans for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......have a great Friday everyone! Jeannie

I have been up a couple of hours. I went to sleep last night about 9 P. M. and my sleep limit seems to be seven hours. I was wide awake at 4 A. M.
Coffee and milk
5 slices ham--I was so hungry
2 slices whitewheat
I will be having a banana and more coffee soon.
What are they going to see in Wilmington?

Good morning all-snow this weekend-I'll try to keep it here okay?

Not much going on-Mr. L had the last of the antibiotices yesterday and has such an appetite so we know this has gone on awhile.

Yog/fruit/coffee.

Good morning all.

NCN - Don't forget about the time change, too. Where I normally got up at 5:30am, now I find I'm getting up between 4:30 and 5:00. But I attribute that to my normal "body clock" setting.

Breakfast: 2 cinnamon pop tarts, vitamins, 1/2 Coke

After a regimen of anti-biotic therapy it is important to eat yogurt....because not all the little victims of anti-biotics are harmful and the ones in the digestive tract are necessary......yogurt will replenish those....I dont know but I bet the "Activia" type are especially helpful.

Good morning all!

Anyone have taken pro-biotics? I hear it is best after all the medicine,I believe in natural herbs and natural way of taking care of health,I don't take medicine

Flaxeed is great for you
I usually put it in my soy milk with my blueberries and some black powdery sesame seeds which I buy at the Chinese stores
