Good morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. It has been so nice seeing family and friends but way too much food and no, I haven't been good. After this visit I need to get serious and back to my work-out routine. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far.
Good morning, Lacey, Jeannie, MM, BB, elston, elizamary, Rath, Izzy, and anyone else who wanders by.
No, I was not good, but I got really brave and got on the scales and didn't gain or lose. It will probably show up next week when I am being good.
black coffee

Now it is time to go get ready to go exercise. Hope there are some good sales on in the mall. I plan to be there some time today. Still haven't wrapped the grandchildren's and children's Christmas gifts. We won't be seeing anyone until next week, so I have time.
Jeannie, when we used to go home for Christmas, I ended up feeling like the turkey--stuffed.
Jeannie and NCN-for the life of ne I can't believe this is me! I had cheese, crackers, snacks out-I never had the urge to have any. The ziti-just a small portion and 1 meatball, salad. I keep wondering "who's this other person who has inhabited my head!."
Hello all. Late, I know, but I had to take my final for my Drugs and Crime class.
I was good for Christmas. Two small pieces of spiral ham, and one scoop of potato salad (I make mine using ranch dressing instead of mayonaisse).
Today was just left over potato salad (small amount in a container) for lunch. I still have no idea what I'll be making for dinner!
I hope Santa was good to all those that get visits from him. I got new pajama pants, and a book I wanted. Very simple. Because I recently got a new laptop, I made my wife promise to keep it simple (read: cheap) for me for Christmas.

I don't know who she is but send her my way. I had lunch a few minutes ago and then started into the candy. Let me just say that our trail mix is missing many M&M's. My stomach is upset, I ate too many.
1/2 totino's supreme pizza
salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumbers with 2 T. olive garden dressing
grape fruit2/O.
Rath at least your mother waited a year to return the gift. My mil one year gave me back the hair dryer I had just given her. She told me she knew she would not use it and thought that maybe I would. She meant well too. We later learned she had a form of Parkinson's disease. That explained a lot to me.
We were going shopping, but Lacey, I took your idea and when we stopped by the grocery store I bought a box of 40 christmas cards for next year. They were half price. I also got two rolls of wrapping paper that is light blue with snowflakes. I also got two plastic tablecloths. I plan to use these next year. I always put the cloth table cloths on the tables in the kitchen and the dinning room and then get them dirty, wash them and never get them back on the table. Next year I can just wipe them off. I also got a 5 yard roll of red ribbon for making bows next year. It was fun!
Dinner tonight was pork chops, green beans with onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and leftover biscuits. That was the last of the biscuits. Then there was the coffee and milk. See you all tomorrow. Have a good night.
Lacey, it takes 21 days to develop a habit. I think your habit of good eating is well established. We should all be like that.
