Default ugh...

Good morning everyone. Feeling pretty yucky still. My daughter gave me the croup and still haven't shaken it yet. Kids and hubby at church and I stayed behind. Judi, positive thoughts for Mr. "L" tomorrow. You've worked too hard for all of this not to take place. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far...

Good morning ladies. Jeannie I hope you feel better. Losing the weight is slow so I decided to try a 5 day Jump Start by Kathy Smith. Anyway, it's healthy just no junk and only 2 carbs a day. I'm only doing this for 5 days.

So far I had 1 egg white, cottage cheese and pears, and 2 carrots. Next is 1/2 cup cereal with skim milk, an apple, and celery.

Lunch will be my normal Greek salad and 1/2 pita.

Dinner is Chicken and veggies.

Cantaloupe for dessert.

Good day all. It's beautiful out and we have to go install a new gate and a couple of poles and some fencing.

Home from church and lunch is over. Six inch hoagie roll with 1 slice turkey bologna cut in half, onion, tomato, cucumber slice and a little shredded lettuce. Diet orange soda to drink.
My afternoon snack will be a milk product and fruit.

I had 2 cheese sticks and a banana for snack this afternoon. I put on a sundress and went out to the patio with a cup of coffee and milk and the three cheese sticks after I microwaved them. Tigger and I love eating cheese sticks together. Not out of the same plate though.

Dinner was green beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, cantalope, and onion made into a salad. Texas toast for bread and meat was mesquite chicken breast. Coffee and milk to drink.

Lacey, hope the doctor's visit goes well.

Izzy, how was the visit with livewire? Hope you had fun.

Lisa, keep up the good work. I am back to the old standby that I posted toward the first of the year. I made diet sheets for every day and am filling in the blanks. I may not lose any weight, but this is a healthy eating plan. We just keep on, keeping on.

Jeannie, I hope your cold clears up soon. Colds always seems to be worse when the weather is pretty. Can you believe today. We are between 75 and 80. I didn't even need a sweater with the sundress. I got a little bit of sun.
