Spring arrived very chilly today. It's sunny but temps were only in the low 30s and are said to be only in the low 40s all weekend. At least no rain in sight.

Today as I woke up I found that my voice was gone . I feel very well but have ugly cold. I never lost my voice before! I can't even take phone calls at work and have to pass every call to our secretary...

So what are your plans for today?

Not being able to speak limits our possibilities to go out tremendously Going out for dinner won't be possible b/c I don't want to keep quiet on a dinner table. So the only possibility is a dvd evening or going to the movies. Let's see what hubby thinks.

some grapes
22 oz mousse au chocolat
a big salad with yogurt dressing, 1 egg, 2 small meat balls
22 oz mousse au chocolat

Will certainly do the weekend grocery shopping with my dad when I get back from work.

Have a wonderful start into this year's spring!
Diana

Diana, thanks for keeping us going. We were on the road yesterday from 6-8 hours.

We are in Culpeper, VA, with our daughter right now and will be leaving tomorrow morning to visit our son in Youngsville. We found everybody very busy with normal everyday things going on.

Breakfast was banana, oatmeal little Debbie cake, and coffee and milk

Good morning all-it snowed like crazy this morning and everyone's calling me and asking if I brought it!

Breakfast out-2 eggs soft scrambled, 3 slice Canadian bacon, dry wheat toast.

Lunch 1/2 avocado with spinach.

Dinner will be leftover stew-don't laugh I made a turkey roaster full of beef stew-could NOT have gotten a pea into it it was so full.

Jeannie, good to hear that you're fine! Missed you.

Last night's dinner was 2 wraps with salad (so many healthy things on a Friday...), French dressing, which was so thin it dripped right out of the wrap again lol and strips of chicken "cordon bleu" which means stuffed with ham and cheese, wrapped in bread crumbs and then fried. I didn't have any of the ham b/c I don't like it but I took all the cheese lol
