Good morning! A beautiful weekend has just flown by and here we are again. So, I finally got on the old roller blades yesterday and with my daughter by my side, we hit the walking trail. Only thing is these don't have the rear breaks so I had to learn how to stop all over again. Coffee with sugar in the raw with soymilk right now.... 2 Body in Motion exercises coming up and then...

Did anyone else see that NC basketball game Saturday night. I had to sleep a lot Sunday because I went to bed so late. Can you guess what I will be doing tonight. Go Tar Heels and my son went to NC State. LOL I imagine even he was pulling for Carolina Saturday night.
Dinner I'm slow roasting a hunk of black angus sirloin with pearl onions, mushrooms, Lipton onions soup, baked pots with low fat sour cream and fresh aspargus. Love the time of year when it's available and afforable.
Wow, Jeannie, you're going to be really fit if you go on roller skating and working out like this!

Our weekend was fun. We did many things out doors and worked a bit in our small garden. We bought new pots for our Oleander bushes and it's getting more and more beautiful outside.
Today we went to the play ground and to the duck pond again. It's great to spend so much time outside.
Now I'm game over and ready for bed and it's only 7:38 p.m.
