Good morning! As my work week continues, my children are home with hubby for Spring break... These are the times I wish I was a stay at home Mom. Things just don't roll as smoothly as when we are in charge, right girls? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Tuesday! Jeannie

Good morning. I have spent the morning as that vacation planner. I did good, I think!
2 coffees and milk
banana

Jeannie, Mr. VA kept our two every Saturday for several years. I liked it that I worked every Saturday because they had a parent with them one more day per week. The house was always in order when I came home at 2 P. M. Both my children know how to police a room, so I guess it was not too bad for them. Sometimes or son would have a ballgame in the morning. My daughters ball games were Monday afternoon and since I was off that day, I got to go to it. I ended up with a meeting one Monday and was greeted by one of the teachers telling me I had really missed seeing a good game. I explained that I had been at work and they didn't even know that I worked. LOL

Good morning Jeannie and NCN, Izzy,Diana,Lisa.

Lisa will be off-line a couple of days.

Went out for breakfast-yeah! Had a breakfast wrap with ham.
No lunch today.
Dinner-salsa chicken with black beans and rice.

I always look back and wonder how I did it with working full time, 2 kids, chores-and I'm anal so put lots of pressure on myself. Life is so easy now.

Happy Tues. all.

Morining Everyone!

I ate healthy for a few days up north. We only ate at home because of the kids. We also saw an Oprah Winfrey Show about eating for long life, apparently, goat milk is good for long life and it's not fattening and it's lactose free. So I think I will try it.

Green tea

Scrambled eggs on toast

Lunch was the rest of the roast beef and biscuit. I steamed it this time because it was really overcooked. It worked and was the best so far. It got tender. Never thought of steaming a roast before. I may try that again. We don't have beef anything very often.

Dinner was sweet potatoes, cantalope and a bite of barbecued leftover chicken from Sunday. I didn't like it so I gave it to the kitten and saw the possum eating it later.

Thank you Izzy. I really try to eat healthy. M problem comes with portion control. If I could learn to eat smaller meals, I'd be ahead of the game.
