Good morning! Sorry I missed everyone yesterday. I had a bit of a busy day and then a ballgame last night. Judi! I am thrilled this is almost over for you and things look good. You were on mind mind very much yesterday. Yesterday was 2 Bodies in Motion exercises in the am, my oatmeal with banana for breakfast, yogurt with flaxseed and Grapenuts for lunch, dinner was just a little soup and some popcorn after the game. No work-out this morning. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far......happy Wednesday! Jeannie

Lacey, is that bacon cheeseburger at O'Charley's? Love em and they give me steamed veggies instead of french fries.

Lacey, I know how you feel about the healthy thing. I lost lots of weight and my eyes started giving me trouble. I would rather be fat than blind. I did a lot of checking and found that losing really helps my eye condition, so here I go again. It also helps my bones not to have to support so much weight.
