Good Friday morning Jeannie,NCN, Diana,Izzy,Lisa.

Well our "out" to Cheers was cut short as Mr. L wasn't feeling well-so we brought wings home-that's fine. He's feeling fine this morning.

Yog/fruit for breakfast.
Tuna salad for lunch (yes was a spanish omelet-yum).
Dinner-tacos (not a fan of them). Mr. L's request.

Good morning ladies and Happy Friday.

Judi- Glad to hear Mr. L is feeling a little better. I'm like you as I don't care much for taco's but I love a bean burrito with all the fixins.

Breakfast was Fiber One with strawberries and skim milk.

Lunch will be some kind of chicken and a salad.

Dinner- The General Tso's chicken and broccoli that I never made last might, lol.

Have a great weekend,
