hope all's well with Jeannie-maybe just slept in.

Sun's out and we had the windows open last night but predicting rain this afternoon.

Breakfast was yog/fruit.
Lunch-will be cottage ch/avocado
Dinner-stuffed peppers.

I was so amazed at the spinach thing-it's an iron absorption blocker by 90%. Back on the stinking pills.

Hey Izzy and Judi - where's everyone else? Haven't seen Steve in a while, too, have you?

Busy day at work. Today's my grandparents' 50th anniversary so I went there to pick up DS and had some coffee and two pieces of cake.

Breakfast: a large fluffy pastry topped with a table spoon pudding and strawberries. Very sweet and fat but oh so yummie!
Lunch: very small portion of leftover spaghetti from yesterday's dinner as well as a spelt roll with cream cheese.
Dinner: two thin wraps with salad, French dressing some thin chicken breast and molten cheese.

off to step aerobic classes.

See you around!

Good evening. It has been a busy day with a trip to Sam's and garbage duty and then lunch and got ready for a women's dinner at church. I started out good and then blew it at lunch and the dinner was a bit more than I had bargained for. I was expecting women's food and it was a full fledged dinner with very tender beef and about 6 ounces of it, melody of vegetables, and potatoes with something in them and a roll after starting with a small salad. The cookies I bought at Sam's didn't help either.

Well, I found out tonight that I am beautiful even though my weight is not perfect. It was a good night. The very good speaker was from a Proverbs 31 organization??

We are going on an adventure again tomorrow and I will tell you about it when I get back. Don't expect me until I show up. Have fun, I am going to.

Diana, 50th anniversary is a big thing. Not everybody lives to see that one. Congratulations to them.

Have fun on your adventure, we're waiting for a detailed report tonight!
