Good morning Jeannie,NCN,Izzy,Diana,Lisa, DogMom,Painter!

Jeannie this is a recipe that Charley posted in CozyInn thread and everyone was making it. It's very easy and very good. It calls for a crockpot but I did it in a dutch oven in the oven at 200 for 8 hrs, then 3 hrs with sauce.

4 lbs pork shoulder. Slice an onion, put in bottom of crock, top with pork (unseasoned), top with another sliced onion. Pour 12 oz. apple juice and cook on low 12 hrs. Remove onions and set aside, remove pork and shred with 2 forks, drain liquid. Chop onions and add back in crock with pork and a bottle of bar-b-cue sauce. Cook another 4 hrs on low. Easy and good.

Breakfast was yog/fruit.

Good morning ladies

I am on my 2nd cup of black coffee and eating some low fat cottage cheese, light fruit cup, and cinnamon.

I will add some protein and veggies when I make breakfast for DH.

Lunch will be a Greek salad and some veggie soup. Yum.

Dinner- Roasted chicken.

And I have to stay away from the ice cream for dessert, lol.

Lisa, that is my downfall. It must be something from my childhood that dessert has to follow dinner.

Good morning ladies. I like to have my dessert with breakfast. It just starts the day out right. LOL
Coffee and milk
banana
cherry mini danish
Now ice cream is my downfall. I can eat one mini danish, but I have to have a lot of ice cream. One or two bites does not do it.

I see Lacey is getting ready for North Carolina with the barbecue.

http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk111/ThomateMarion/emoticons/jappy%20smileys/hellocat.gif (broken link)Good evening ladies.

My day of was pretty busy with cleaning and cooking in the morning and running some errands in the afternoon.
It's already 7:32 p.m. and I have clothes waiting to be ironed.

After stepping on the scales this morning I got a little shock seeing that I gained some weight.
So I tried to behave myself today and was quite a good girl:

No breakfast
Lunch: 1 fajita stuffed with chickenbreast, veggies and a little cheese
Dinner: I have a big plate with water melon and strawberries waiting and I hope that's about all I will have tonight.

Enjoy your Friday!
