Good morning! Judi, will we have some good news today? Diana should be back with us soon also. Friday night and Saturday were not the best for me as far as food choices go, but yesterday I seemed to get back on track. Tonight, back to the gym with my trainer for a lower body work-out while my daughter swims next door. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far......happy Monday! Jeannie

Good morning Jeannie and Judi

It's been awhile so I thought I should see how everyone is. Have fun with your trainer this morning Jeannie. I haven't been to a gym in years. I like the routine of going to the gym.

Judi- Glad to hear Mr. L is at least back home. Take care of him and don't forget to take care of yourself at the same time. I know you were enjoying your own meals for a bit.

In 2 weeks I have my annual, well I missed last year, appointment with my Doctor so I need to be better with my eating. My body is telling me I'm fine in the exercise department. I noticed yesterday that my biceps are getting big It's all the work around her, lol.

Coffee is perking and then I am off to write my story.

Have a great day everyone.

Hi all-well the soup made a trip across the street to my wonderful neighbor and family as Mr. L is back in the hosp. Awaiting call from doctor later. He was very weak, very nauseous and pale. Called doctor and he said get to hosp and they'll be ready and waiting and danged if they weren't. Whisked him up to his room-they are wonderful out here.

Lunch was a piece of dry wheat toast w/apple jelly.

Dinner will be avocado, cottage cheese and spin. salad and for sure a cocktail!

Good evening ladies. I have lost three friends this week. One was in the mountains and I found out about it too late to go to the funeral. He was a childhood friend. The next was buried today. I didn't really know her so much, we had just gone to church together. The third one is a member of my work family and a lot of us will be going East Wednesday to celebrate her life. She had cancer and we are relieved she will not be so sick anymore. She had one daughter and we want to be there for her.

Food is the last thing on my mind today. Hope Mr. Lacey gets all right. I had never thought of June as a month that would be hard on a persons health.

I will talk to you later when I am in a better mood. It is a sad day for me.
