Good morning! A full day yesterday followed by football practice and then bed. They work these kids like dogs, really separates the boys from the boys. Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Tuesday! Jeannie

Hello Jeannie! Good to see your sparkling posts...

Busy day at work again. Time flies by so I can go home to DS in about 2 hours.

Yesterday I only had a piece of Gouda cheese and two tomatoes with some balsamico dressing for dinner.

1 white wheat baguette (4 inches) with cream cheese
1 ice cream (perfect for breakfast)
spaghetti w/ zucchini strips in a creamy sauce with lots of oregano and basil
1 piece of melon
1 nectarine
1 peach
1 jogurt with vanilla sauce
1 cookie

Perfect Jeannie!!!!!!!!! You just made me smile!

Miguel is fine but he doesn't like going to the kids very much. I have to wake him in the morning and put him into some clothes while he's still half asleep. I always try to hurry so I can leave work early (a little after 3 p.m.). We try to make it up at the weekends.
On Sunday we went to the beach where we had breakfast at 8:45. It was really great and DS could jump into the water. Let's see what this weekend will bring.

Good morning Jeannie,Diana,NCN,Izzy--

Well Mr. L is back as a guest at our hospital. His doctor put him back on a med to help the Crohns BUT this is the 3rd time it has made him violently ill, weak, BP down to nothing. So 11PM off to the ER. I am pretty mad as he just regained strength and here we go again and I so want to go "home" right after Labor Day.

Breakfast-yog/fruit.

Check back later.

Judi, hope Mr. L is better by now!

No dinner yesterday. Went on a 10 mile bike ride with a short stop at a nice Italien restaurant overlooking our great lake. Had 17 oz of black current spritzer (??? - black current juice mixed with sparkling water), very yummie. Then directly under the shower and off to bed.
