Good morning! A late start but here we are. Some cleaning, laundry, and then the gym today. Tacos with white turkey meat for tonight. So whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk...... breakfast...oatmeal with sliced banana and soymilk. Happy Saturday! Jeannie

Hi all-dark,stormy,rainy,cool day here.

Made tuna salad for lunch and dinner will be cheese omelets and whole wheat eng muffins.

It's days like this I feel like cooking a big meal-just to keep busy and get the house smelling "comfy".

Good afternoon. I just finished mopping the kitchen floor and then got it dirty again. I just wiped it up with paper towels.
3 pieces of turkey polish sausage
4 hushpuppies
steamed cabbage
coffee and milk

Had half an bagel with lox and some juice in the morning

Didn't eat at noon,was feeling tired and out of sorts.

Went to a gathering in the evening,had salads and fruit. Felt better afterwards.

Sunday so far.
About 3 1/2 slices of bacon
2 slices whitewheat toasted
slices of tomato
coffee and milk

peanut bar

banana
coffee and milk
12 croutons

approximately 1 cup green beans with one Tablespoon real butter.
1 cheese garlic biscuit
chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion mixed with the green beans

skipped, late for church

lunch..

my usual breakfast

gym

snack...

vanilla yogurt with flaxseed and Grapenuts

dinner...

brown pasta with vodka sauce
