Good morning all,

It's another wet day in the mountains.

judi- I hope you have a wonderful ride.

I tired a lemon chiffon yogurt this morning with my black coffee. As my DH would say it was a non event, lol.

I am making carrot and zucchini fritters with natural applesauce for breakfast. I know it's strange but I have to use up the zucchini.

Lunch will be a small Greek salad and Amber's Tomato soup. Yum.

Dinner- Leftover smorgasboard.

Have a great Saturday.

Good morning healthy foodies. Thanks Young lisa for suggesting to visit this thread. I had in the past but started at WW and got away from it.

Hi Jeannie and Lacey......

A wet dreary day and looks like a wet dreary weekend. The grass is so green for this time of the year......amazing. Wonder what kind of a fall we are in for??

I had a 1 point english muffin, 2 strips of turkey bacon and 15 grapes.
Will have a salad for lunch and maybe 0 point soup.

Dinner will be out. a bunch of us going to the restaurant at 5 before the theater.
I find if I get meat and 2 veggie sides...I'm okay. Maybe a small salad.
I sometimes have 1 roll or piece of bread and I still do okay.

Lost 22 lbs since March. Got between 10 and 12 more to go.

Good morning. It is beautiful here. I hear it will change tomorrow. Lisa's weather is headed this way. Jeannie's weather is probably called "Danny."

Toe is a bugger and I still have a bad looking place on my foot. That wooden stool really did a job on me. It is much better, but has a way to go. I have decided that I am well though. Nothing like denial. You might say I have the toe all wrapped up. The ace bandage really makes it feel better, but it is itching a lot.

I said wooden stool on purpose. You should have been with me the first few minutes in the doctor's office. I was still laughing as we came home about the bathroom stool that fell on my foot. It was the end of a very long day for everybody. Laughter is good for the soul.

Coffee and milk
2 eggo waffles
banana

Yes, I am concentrating on less salt, less sugar and going natural. I am not sure how this will play out. I am still in the thought stage and don't really have a plan yet. It came to me last night when my foot was swelling because I had eaten potato chips.

I posted this yesterday. Today is better for us because the fire is more into the mountains, for a few days the air was smokey and with the hot 105 temps,it was horrible! today is over 1oo but the air is better.

As a realtor,I am not doing well with my advertisement
