Good evening everyone....been glued to the tv, should not be, but am stunned that Patrick Swayze died this evening..I loved his acting...

Breakfast: ok, I was really hungry, had a sasuage and biscuit with 1/2 glass milk

no snack

lunch: pimento and cheese on whole wheat

2 fig newtons for a snack

dinner: 1/2 yam patty; 1/2 of a muffin size piece meatloaf, 3 table spoons fresh peas with a smidgon of cornbread, 1/2 glass of tea

It was a weird day here today, rained on and off all day, I washed clothes and cleaned....then this afternoon my young son called letting me know he was on his way to his bone doctor because he fell getting off the bus at football practice ....the trainer and coach thought his right wrist was broken, this is the same arm that we have been going to therapy on the elbow which is chipped....sigh....turns out his grandfather had gone to watch him practice and went with him the short distance to the dr office. Wrist not broken, badly sprained, and he reinjured his elbow....is wrapped from fingers to shoulder with a brace and is in a sling till visit with dr next week....so was not a good evening...

Good morning ladies!

It's been an awfully stressful weekend again. And I'm too lazy to check on CD these days.
Anyhoo', autumn has arrived over here in Germany, too. It's been grey and rainy all Monday and temps dropped to the high 50s/ low 60s.

Breakfast:
1 white wheat bun with cream cheese

Lunch:
1 white wheat bun with cream cheese
1 small piece of cake

Dinner:
1 slice w/w bread with a slice of sausage
1 antipasti pepperoni stuffed with cream cheese
DS's rest of potatoes with cabbage and ground meat (all fried in a big pan)

Chickrea, hope you're feeling better!
Judi, are you having a good time?

Take care.
Diana
