Good morning! Okay, I admit I've had happier Sunday night football games to watch. It was a great game though, hubby is happy but I have to say I'm not very pleased with my quarterback. So here we are, Monday morning. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk......happy Monday! Jeannie

Morning Jeannie...

Confession.....I'm a Giant's fan... yup, been following Eli since he was at Ole Miss....

So far, just coffee this morning......not hungry yet...

It is foggy and rainy yet again....not sure of lunch and dinner yet...that is to be determined once I fully wake.

Tonight is Monday Night Football, so I need something that is easy to clean up before the game starts...

Good morning and Happy Monday. Is Judi on her way home?

It is pouring here. Tomorrow we are supposed to bring our motor home down the mountain to trade it. I hope the rain stops.

So far I had a black cherry yogurt and black coffee.

Later I will have egg white, light sausage, 1/2 whole wheat pita and grapes.

Lunch- I have no idea.

Dinner- Sliced chicken breast and rutabaga's.

Good morning ladies...

I have to admit...I don't watch football! About as close to sports as I get is maybe the World Series on occasion!

Hey Lisa...good luck tomorrow with the RV...hope the weather clears up for you. Wish ours would change...it's still hotter than blazes here! We could sure use some of your rain!

This morning I've only had my coffee...I tried the soy milk and raw sugar, but I really missed my French Vanilla creamer...so...now I just use a tiny bit of that with the soy milk...that's working for me...and I figure that any reduction in creamer has got to be an improvement! Plus the soy milk has some pretty good stuff in it, so that's a plus! So all in all, since I only have one cup a day...it's a mixed blessing!

I'm not sure what the rest of the day will bring yet...it depends on hubby. He wants to go get his Passport, so if we do that we'll get lunch out! I've still managed to keep off my 3 lb. loss, so thanks to you all for the inspiration!

Have a great day...I'll be checking in...

Later...

Good evening all!

I see that you were quite a busy bunch over the weekend.

My weekend at the lake with DH was good. The weather was great, with lots of sunshine and temps around 77°F made the trip about perfect. However, we missed DS a lot and decided not to go without him again
The hotel was quite good although it could have been cleaner! As the weekend ran under the headline gourmand days we didn't diet at all. Anyhoo, we went jogging, walking and rowed a boat over the lake. I guess we're about even after that

But that didn't prevent me from being bad today
1 piece of pyramid cake
1 w/w bun with cream cheese
1 piece of cheese cake
1 white wheat bun with chicken salad
1 piece of pyramid cake ( I really thought about not writing down all the cake )
1 slice of w/w bread + 1 stuffed pepperoni + a little bowl of iceberg salad with oil/herb dressing

DS is in bed already and I need to finish the photo book of our Hungary trip tonight. Lots of work, so I gotta go!

See ya. have a great Monday!

Miguels Mom...we all have days like that! At least you did add a salad, so all is not lost!!

My lunch was 7 slices of Healthy Choice turkey, 1 slice of 2% cheese, and 1/4 avacado on a low-carb ww tortilla. And a package of 100 Calorie Sun Chips.

Still not sure about dinner!
