Good morning ladies...

forgive the no-show yesterday, it was a busy day and meetings last night. One down, two to go!

This morning, I was rushed and didn't have a great breakfast, do-nut with 1/2 cup milk.

Rarely do I allow myself such luxuries, but I took one look at that thing, and the sugar craving hit big time. Hopefully, by having it for breakfast, I will have a great rest of the day today and not binge which is what I was afraid I would do if I didn't allow myself the do-nut.

You guys are amazing! I have GOT to get a routine exercise time set aside. It has finally cooled off enough and the humidity has come down enough that I can walk in the afternoons without needing an oxygen tank, but I want to incorporate some aerobics into my life again. That will have to be mornings!

have a great Friday, am off to town early then back to finish out a grinding day of work.

tonight is the Chinese Moon Festival. Suppose families would gather together and a fairy story about a man and a woman reuniting,so watch the two flying to the moon. It's the harvest moon too!

It's got lotus seed paste, red beans, which is sweet.

wowo, I'm embarrassed to report my day!

After making it back from town, I worked all morning to get my work done and at 3:00 P M I headed back to town with a friend of mine. We went to Lowe's and had a blast in the rug department.

I finally have my rugs! YIPPIE!!!

Stayed so late I had to grab a bite in town, ended up eating 1/2 a Big Mac. No fries. Lunch was a no show so I only had two meals today. Maybe that is why I was craving a Big Mac.

I also went to Sherwin Williams and got my paint colors, so tomorrow I'll be painting up a storm!!! Celery is going in my room, bath and dh's bath. A matching green is going into the living room, two tone actually! Can't wait!!! It blends well going into my goldenish/yellow kitchen and dining room.

Ok, everyone have a great weekend, and enjoy the weather if you have sunshine!!!

Your colors sound very nice...I'm a fan of greens myself...got a lot of it in our house! You'll have to take pics when you're done and post them on here!

Okay...my lunch was a soft chicken taco with a bit of rice, black beans and veggies from Chipotle Mexican Grill and dinner was 1/2 of a Subway sandwich and a bag of 100 Calorie Sun Chips...

Have a good evening y'all!!
