Good morning! So glad the weekend has arrived for us. Right now we're in a lull with sports, swimming only for my daughter, until basketball starts up in a few. My daughter has her next swim meet next weekend. So, whats on your schedule for today? Coffee with sugar in the raw and soymilk so far......happy Friday all! Jeannie

Good Friday morning Jeannie and all-enjoy the lull.

Never made the library yesterday-so will do that today.

Dinner was at our Cheers last night and I had a pulled pork on a bun.

Just having yog/fresh fruit, coffee.

Lunch-cottage ch and avocado

Dinner-planning on making jambalaya with chicken tenders, andouille and shrimp. Salad also.

Wow under the 3 week mark for Thanksgiving.

Good morning ladies. Yes, it is less than a month before we go on vacation. I don't know what we are doing for Thanksgiving yet. Guess I need to check to see how many will be eating here or who is ready to invite us to be with them. Our car is ready for travel with a new tire and oil change. Retirement is really different than when we were working. Mr. VA's schedule used to be solid between October 15 and April 15.

Winter has it own unsure moments. Now I am hoping that we will not have snow the first of December. I really hadn't thought about that. I am sure we will be all right below Savannah, but North Carolina and South Carolina could be tricky if we get snow. One year our daughter went to France and spent Christmas with a girl she had befriended here and ended up stranded on I-85 at an IHOP with many other travelers. Her boyfriend that she ended up marrying the first time is very capable and could have gotten her home, but there were so many trucks in the way that travel was impossible.

We will be doing our normal Friday aquatic center schedule. For me it will be 2 exercise classes in the water and then the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Then comes shopping and home for lunch and I usually fall asleep right after lunch.

Coffee and milk
vanilla low fat yogurt--one pointer.
banana
